One of the most read pages on Express Property Services website is the testimonials page. Prospective customers want to understand our work for other clients and testimonials help them get a feel for what we can achieve for them. But there is always a story behind the testimonials.

IG Doors has been a supplier to the New Build and Social Housing Refurbishment sectors for over 35 years. Express Property Services relationship with IG Doors began through providing locksmith services to one of their installers ERA Home Security. We provide reports and on-site assessments of poorly fitted or damaged doors and then undertake investigation and remedial work. While this is mostly carried out in normal working hours, we do provide an out of hours emergency service.

Anne James are a long-established independent estate agent, lettings and property management company based near our offices in East Bristol. Express Property Services understanding of the local housing stock and familiarity with the requirements of tenants and landlords mean that we have been able to offer a full range of services, from emergency repairs to planned improvements and maintenance.
